Message to the Audience:
My promise to you has always been to keep each episode around 10 minutes or less. Lately, each show has been well over the limit, so I’ve decided to tweak the formula to respect your time. To keep things short, in honor of my first mentor, Sean Adams, I recite the motivating introduction he used prior to his daily monologue called “The Adams Theory”. May he rest in peace.
I also pay tribute to the show host that he shared the mic with, Chip Brown, and recite a quote Chip used to honor of his mother prior to his daily monologue called “The Chip Sot.”
These two gentlemen shared the mic on a sports radio show in Austin, TX, and their chemistry, comedy, and wisdom, were instrumental in helping me find my flow after a rough series of life events. In 2017, after Sean Adams passed away, his best friend and professional baseball player, Mike “Hardball” Hardge, filled in for Sean on the show and kept the torch alive.

Message to Chip and Hardball:
Chip and Harball,
Thanks for the memories, and for combining life lessons with trending sporting events. You guys were the perfect compliment for helping someone like me come out of a slump. Your heroes in my book, I’ll always hold you in high esteem, and I’ll continue following your shows.
Message to Sean:
Sean,
At a time in my life, when I was lost and seeking help, I felt you were talking to me everyday in The Adams Theory. I bought your book, and continue to share your positive vibes in life, at work, and on my show. As the life force known as Sean Adams would say:
In this episode, I share a mindset technique I learned for recharging my energy and my spirit after hardship. 2020 hit everyone hard, but the comeback is always stronger than the setback. It’s an instant classic.
