E16. Tips for Overcoming Procrastination

How busy are you? Are you busy getting by, or are you busy getting ahead? Just because you’re busy doing more, doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting more done. If so, it’s important to know, that philosophy mostly starts when you’re a kid, when you try to avoid homework, or projects, or chores, or going to bed early. Over time, those behaviors mature with you as you grow. By the time you’re an adult, you’re more than likely a Master of Procrastinator, and probably don’t even know that your procrastination skills have evolved into, a sophisticated, subconscious ability, for avoiding responsibilities at home and at work. Today, I’ll be talking how to overcome procrastination.
